D-zine Tibetans is the combined efforts of Lynn Meyer and Mary Lou Lafler. The D-zine kennel name was originally developed when I began breeding a few litters of Pomeranians. However, due to the difficult birthing process, small litters, and high mortality rates this was not the breed for me. I am still actively involved in handling Pomeranians but do not personally own any at this time. About 13 years ago I was approached by Pat Bernardo about showing her TT bitch Tally. Tally needed a major to finish and I ageed to show her. At our first show together in January she won Best of Breed over specials and went on to a Group 3 to finish her Championship. By June she had won an all breed Best In Show. The rest, as they say, is History! I fell in love with the breed. Though my main focus is that of a professional handler, I am owned by 5 TT's. Velvet a past #1 TT still resides with me and is my constant companion. Franchesca - Salem's mother, our newest Champion Glory and a young Finish import Kersten, and of course Salem. I have bred about 6 TT litters in my 12 years and have not had a litter in almost 4 years! Salem can be traced back to my very first TT litter when I leased a bitch, Ch Kildare Jenny Jump Up and bred her to Am/Fin Ch Fabulous Teddy's Amazing Willy. From that litter I kept Ch Barnstorm's Franchesca By Dzine who when bred to Ch Regalia Alexander The Great produced Salem! I have enjoyed a successful handling career, winning awards at Westminister, the AKC Invitational, numerous Group and Best In Show awards. Salem, though, continues to amaze me! To have handled my own dog to Best In Show at the National Specialty, such a great win was a completely new thrill!
